Falls die Masse zu z\u00e4h ist, einfach noch etwas Eiswasser beif\u00fcgen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-28448-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">* Bei verwendung von getrockneten Kichererbsen:<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Getrocknete Kichererbsen sollten \u00fcber Nacht eingeweicht werden, am besten ca. 12 Stunden. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">WICHTIG:<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Das Einweichwasser mehrfach wechseln und jeweils wegsch\u00fctten! Kichererbsen enthalten, wie auch andere H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte, das unverdauliche Gift Phasin und den Bitterstoff Saponin.
